euwin3 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and euwin3 (hereinafter referred to as "euwin3", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at euwin3.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies and documents incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. euwin3 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the individual user account opened and maintained by a Player on the Platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with all policies incorporated by reference.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under the Platform's anti-money laundering and player protection obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Accounts on euwin3 are denominated.
• "Platform" means the euwin3 website at euwin3.cam, including all games, services, features, and content accessible thereon.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered and maintains a valid Account on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which euwin3 does not offer services and from which registrations are not accepted, as updated from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on euwin3, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Restricted Territory. euwin3 does not accept registrations from Restricted Territories, which include but are not limited to the United States of America, France, Spain, and certain other jurisdictions as updated from time to time.
• You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services — whether through euwin3's own self-exclusion system or through any national or regional self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per natural person is permitted.
• You must not be an officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent of euwin3, nor a close family member of any such person.

euwin3 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Additional methods may be introduced from time to time at euwin3's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount is RM30,000 per transaction, subject to the limits of your chosen payment provider.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes.
• euwin3 does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges — please refer to the relevant provider's terms.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. euwin3 reserves the right to reverse and return funds received from unauthorised third-party payment sources.
• All deposited funds must be of legitimate origin. euwin3 has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of Real-Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification in accordance with Clause 4.2.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by euwin3's compliance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and shall not form part of any withdrawal request. Only Real-Money Funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• euwin3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above RM5,000, which may extend processing time.
• In the event that a withdrawal request is made prior to completion of KYC verification, euwin3 will hold the request pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. No interest shall accrue on withheld funds.

euwin3 may offer promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP loyalty rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

All bets placed on the euwin3 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product (live casino, slots, sports betting, crash games, etc.) as published within each game module. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or game malfunction, euwin3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• euwin3 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or event at its sole discretion.
• For sports betting, euwin3 uses commercially obtained odds from licensed data providers. Odds are subject to change prior to the placement of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• In-play (live) betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFC Cup, UFC, and other covered events are governed by the in-play betting rules published within the sports betting section.
• euwin3 does not accept bets on events in which the outcome is already known or where the integrity of the event is in question.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the euwin3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one Account per natural person
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing euwin3 staff or other Platform users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Accounts or to the Platform's systems

All content on the euwin3 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to euwin3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform without euwin3's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to euwin3 regarding the Platform may be used by euwin3 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, euwin3 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

euwin3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

euwin3 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

euwin3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble within their means and to seek help if gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing or finances.

euwin3 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session, day, or week.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at regular intervals to stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: On-screen pop-ups displaying your current session statistics — winnings, losses, and time played.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period or permanently close it. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours.

euwin3 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, euwin3 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the conditions governing your use of the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which euwin3 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in euwin3's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
